Stretchy Souls Yoga offers Private Yoga Classes for Adults, Kids and Families either 1:1 or small groups at a beautiful home oasis in the north Brisbane suburb of Nudgee. 

 

Kids Yoga available for Early Childhood Centres, Kindergartens and Schools.

Half-Day and Weekend Retreats form part of our offering. If you are short on time, opt for the Half Day Self Care Retreat, or for longer restorative needs, you can select a Restorative Weekend Retreat. 

 

Qualified to teach all Yoga styles and available for Corporate Yoga, Hens Parties & Girls Weekends.
