Stretchy Souls Yoga offers Private Yoga Classes for Adults, Kids and Families either 1:1 or small groups at a beautiful home oasis in the north Brisbane suburb of Nudgee. 

 

Kids Yoga available for Early Childhood Centres, Kindergartens and Schools.

Restorative Retreats designed to calm your nervous system and de-stress, are offered in two formats. If you are short on time, opt for the Half Day Self Care Retreat, or for longer restorative needs, you can select a Restorative Weekend Retreat. 

 

Qualified to teach all Yoga styles and available for Corporate Yoga, Hens Parties & Girls Weekends.
