Yoga builds confidence, self esteem, physical strength and teaches strategies to cope with stress and anxiety. Being equipped with the tools to manage anxiety and stress, no matter what your age, brings so many benefits, not only in terms of higher performance and clearer decision making, but also in assisting with managing difficult situations and emotions. Teaching children breathing and calming techniques at a young age prepares them to deal with complex emotional and high pressure situations as they move into high school and their working years.

Our classes are carefully curated according to the yoga style required: yin, align and flow, spinal flow, vinyasa, slow flow, restorative, kids yoga and family groups. Bronwyn Wilson, Founder and Lead Instructor will hold space to lead your yoga class in a supportive, calm and connected way ensuring all students feel comfortable and at ease. All contra-indications are managed throughout the class to avoid injury or exacerbating existing ailments. Private yoga classes are tailored to the specific needs of participants, accommodating for physical ailments, injuries, mental and emotional state, focusing on yoga postures, breathwork and meditation, using essential oils and personalised adjustments to enhance the experience. Classes with kids are designed and delivered to inspire young people and develop them into mentally strong, kind and capable human beings through confidence building, self esteem, emotional resilience, physical capability and providing strategies to manage anxiety and stress in a fun and safe environment.
