FAQ's
I've never done yoga. Can I come?
Absolutely. Whether you are an experienced yogi or new to the mat, this retreat will help restore your sense of calm and relaxation. During our yoga classes, you'll be led through gentle poses, with options given to delve deeper into your practice should you wish.
Do I need to be fit or flexible?
Not at all! Yoga is for everyone, and you'll be met wherever you are at, on that particular day.
Can I attend on my own?
Yes you can. Single occupancy accomodation is available, or twin share.
How do I book my Restorative Weekend?
Click here to Reserve Your Place. You'll complete the Registration Form and then be emailed an invoice for payment.
What's included?
This is an all inclusive retreat with the exception of any massages or spa treatments you choose to have. That means the price includes accommodation, morning and afternoon tea, all meals, plus yoga, meditation and workshops and access to the 5 star grounds and luxury offered by the resort.
Are massages included?
Massages and spa treatments are not included in the retreat price. These can be booked and paid directly with Stephanie's Spa, located at Peppers Clear Mountain Resort.
Do I have to participate in all aspects of retreat?
No you don't! This is your retreat to do with what you please. You are encouraged to listen to what your body needs, and if you decide for example, that you'd prefer to sleep in that attend morning yoga, this is absolutely your choice to make and no offence will be taken.
Will coffee, sugar and alcohol be included on retreat?
Alcohol will be available for purchase at your cost, and coffee and sugar will be served throughout retreat. You are, of course, able to elect not to partake in these if you prefer. Your choice and no judgement!
What should I bring?
Definitely bring a yoga mat. It would benefit you to also bring a bolster, blanket and blocks if you have them. I have limited supplies of yoga mats and props, so it is recommended that you bring your own where possible.
Are dietary requirements catered for?
Yes, you can select these in the booking form.
What time does the retreat begin and end?
Friday - first day:
12pm - Check in from this time.
2pm - Welcome Circle (please be present for this!)
Sunday - last day:
10am - Closing Circle
11am - All guests to have checked out by this time.
Why does the Resort Website say Mercure rather than Peppers?
The Resort has been going through a rebrand and renovation, moving from a Mercure Resort to the 5 star luxury offering of Peppers. The Resort will be fully rebranded as a Peppers by the time our Retreat begins. See this article for more information.

Meet Your Host
I've created this retreat because I know how easy it is to keep putting yourself last. I have 13 years of yoga teaching experience, combined with a deep understanding of what it’s like to feel overwhelmed with the complications that life brings. With this in mind, I have specifically curated this retreat to support you: to come home to yourself, to remember who you are and to trust your intuition.
My intention is to create a space where you feel welcomed exactly as you are—whether you're an experienced yogi or stepping onto a mat for the very first time.
I’ve intentionally created plenty of space throughout the weekend. There'll be yoga, guided relaxation/meditation, shared meals and gentle workshops—but equally important is the time in between.
My hope is that you leave feeling rested, supported and inspired with simple practices that continue serving you long after the weekend ends.
